This week, Cult Film in Review is talking about the Red, White, and Blue. Nope, not our great country, but Amy, Jordan, and Xavier, part of the lost landscape that is The Doom Generation. In this episode, Christ talks about how this film influenced his own artistic endeavors and why he can’t share the love with the rest of the guys. Later, the crew talks about the symbolism of warm jism and other disturbing images. Also, The guys try to pinpoint whether Xavier is a friend to Jordan and Amy or a foe. And finally, we talk about that impactful ending and whether it would be better if they had just gone with something more in line with Ghost World.
