This week, we’re spending a little time with family as we review the wacky, bizarre, Japanese horror/fantasy, House (1977). In this episode, we talk about the differences between Japanese and American culture and how it might make this particular film even more strange to Western audiences. Later, we do a little research and discover that even a child can write a cult film if given the chance. In fact, maybe that’s the reason this film is such a beloved classic after all. Also, the guys pick their favorite Japanese schoolgirl – don’t worry, that’s not as creepy as it sounds. Finally, with so much going on in every frame of this film, The Crew picks out some of their favorite scenes.
