Kids do the darndest things, and this week we’re talking about one bad kid. Yep, grab yourself a gin and tonic or two and listen as we discuss the 1956 thiller, The Bad Seed. In this episode, we ask what we always ask, is this a cult film? We all have our own opinions on the legacy of this film. Also, we discuss the influence the book had on the play, which, in turn, had on this movie. Did they get the whole cast of the theatrical performance to make an appearance in this film? We also ask what the hell Excelsior is? Sure does make for nice kindle. Finally, things get real psychological as we discuss the origin of evil and where it comes from. Is murderous intent nurtured or is are people naturally born with the desire to kill? We have a complete lack of facts to back up our positions on this, but when has that ever stopped us?
